Chain of Command

Chain of Command is the order of authority.  It connects you to your leadership through a chain.  For new Cadets you go to your Element Leader first, the Element Leader goes to the Flight Sergeant, Flight Sergeant to Flight Commander, and up the Chain.  If there is ever a serious issue you can take that issue directly to the Command Staff.  Cadets and Senior Members please refer to your respective chain of command below to know who to contact when you need to.  Email addresses are found on eServices and can be accessed, if you have an active membership, from the main page under the Statistics section.  Just click on the number next to either "Cadets in your Unit" or "Seniors in your Unit" and it will open the page to access the email address(s) that you need.
